Welcome to AIIT Computer Study Centre! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services. Before enrolling and using our services, please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions:

Registration and Enrollment:
a. Students must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
b. Enrollment is subject to availability and confirmation by the study centre.
c. The study centre reserves the right to refuse or cancel enrollment at its discretion.

Payment and Fees:
a. Students are required to pay the specified fees for the chosen courses.
b. Fees must be paid in full before the commencement of the course.
c. All fees paid are non-refundable, except as outlined in the refund policy.
d. Any additional charges, such as examination fees or study materials, will be communicated separately.

Course Materials and Intellectual Property:
a. Course materials provided by the study centre are for personal use only.
b. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or share course materials without prior written consent from the study centre.
c. All intellectual property rights related to the course materials belong to the study centre.

Attendance and Conduct:
a. Students are expected to attend classes regularly and be punctual.
b. Any unauthorized absence should be communicated to the study centre in advance.
c. Students must adhere to a code of conduct that promotes a positive learning environment.
d. Misconduct, disruptive behavior, or any actions that harm others may result in disciplinary action, including termination of enrollment.

Privacy and Data Protection:
a. The study centre will collect and process personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
b. Students' personal information will be used for administrative and educational purposes only.
c. The study centre will take reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality and security of students' personal data.

Termination and Refund Policy:
a. The study centre reserves the right to terminate a student's enrollment for non-compliance with the terms and conditions.
b. In the event of termination, fees will not be refunded unless explicitly stated in the refund policy.
c. The refund policy, if applicable, will be communicated separately to the students.

Limitation of Liability:
a. The study centre is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, loss of data, or other harm arising from the use of its services.
b. The study centreis not responsible for any actions or consequences resulting from students' use of the knowledge gained during the courses.

Modifications:
a. The study centre reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time.
b. Students will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the study centre's services will indicate acceptance of the modified terms.

By enrolling and using the services of our Computer Study Centre, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
