Amelia Institute of Information Technology website is owned by Amelia Innovations & IT, which is a data controller of your personal data. These Cancellation and Refund outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services. Before enrolling and using our services, please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions:

At Amelia Innovations & IT, we strive to provide the best possible learning experience to all our students. We also understand that sometimes plans change. Keeping this in mind, we have framed a fair and transparent cancellation and refund policy for our training and educational services.

1. Course Registration Cancellation

• Cancellations for course enrollments will be accepted only if requested within 3 days of registration and before the commencement of the classes.

• No cancellation will be entertained once the batch has started or access to course materials (online/offline) has been granted.

2. Cancellation of Short-Term Workshops or Seminars

• Cancellations for one-time events, workshops, or seminars must be made at least 48 hours before the event to be eligible for a refund.

• No refunds will be issued for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be issued in the following cases:

• Duplicate Payment: If a student is charged twice due to a technical error.

• Course Cancellation by Institute: If Amelia Innovations & IT cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances or lack of minimum enrollment.

• Faculty or Scheduling Conflicts: If significant schedule changes are made after registration and the student chooses not to continue.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

• Fees paid for registration, admission, or materials (books, ID cards, software kits, etc.) are non-refundable.

• Refunds will not be granted once a student has attended more than 1 class/session or accessed any part of online course content.

• No refund for students dismissed due to violation of institute policies or code of conduct.

5. Refund Processing Time

• Any refund, once approved by management, will be processed within 5 working days.

• Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment or through bank transfer, as applicable.
